Knowledge is an important building block in learning. Without knowledge about methods and possibilities you will not succeed. Therefore, ask yourself what knowledge you need to be successful. When do you need it and in what form can you best absorb it?


To be really good at something, you need practice. Knowledge alone is often not enough. Are there enough opportunities to practice skills? Do you get honest feedback so that you can improve?


To learn, you need motivation. What is the attitude toward learning? Will you stick with it and take the many small steps that are necessary? Or is there resistance?


Are there habits you can use to integrate learning into your day? Are there habits that support you? Are there habits that hold you back? What do you need to discard?


The environment has a great influence on learning success. Are there things, processes that support learning success? Is there anything that gets in the way of learning quickly?


Are the learning objectives clear? Were they communicated in a comprehensible way? Which questions are open? What questions will arise in the future about the learning objective?
